Established in 2018, WAMC was founded by Jay Weingarden, the company's CEO. At the forefront of WAMC's operation is always the investment goals of our partners and providing top-rate fundamentals for our partners. WAMC regularly acts as a consultant for operators and investors nationwide.
Jay entered the real estate industry in 2012. Jay has managed many aspects of the real estate operation, including positions of Leasing Manager, Property Manager, Regional Director, Operations Manager, and both Asset and Area Manager for several prestigious and successful real estate companies servicing all class types.
Jay currently holds stake in multiple businesses nationwide. Jay brings a focused and strategic mind to each business, focusing on the fundamentals of each industry, team building and operational growth.
Jay founded WAMC in 2018, in order to further pursue his dreams of providing quality service to the many who benefit from his vast expertise. With these experiences, Jay brings valuable insights and vision to the team and effectively guides, manages, and teaches to provide the top quality service that he believes everybody deserves.
